A Puzzle Game With No Solutions
The game shows two pictures of penguins sitting on ice with an egg next to them. While it seems straightforward, anyone who tries to play will not spot a single difference, even if they are willing to scrutinize every detail of the two images. The image made its way to Reddit in the hope that internet wizards could crack it. But alas…
The Reddit audience’s best guesses suggested the differences may be invisible or beyond what the eye can see. One person had a theory that the first picture had words and a snowflake next to it, and the second had a connect-the-dots game and was lower on the page, and those were the five differences.
Designed to Occupy Children’s Attention
Other people also went off the rails with their theories. One person even joked that the penguins in the second picture were hiding some secret, while another said the back left iceberg has a slightly higher salinity in the top picture.
Perhaps it was a cruel ploy, where this version of the game was made to just keep kids occupied, distracted by clues that didn’t exist.
